Welcome to our TELCO L01 – Electrical Safety Awareness Course designed specifically for telecom professionals. This course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of electrical safety practices and procedures, as well as the necessary knowledge and skills to identify and mitigate electrical hazards in the workplace.
The course is designed for all telecommunications workers, those interested in entering into this industry, or who already work in the industry and need to prove their Health and Safety Competency. This course is also provided as part of the TELCO L03 – EAL Level 3 Award in DC Electrical Installations within the Telecommunications Industry – 603/7601/6.
In this course, you will learn about the principles of electrical safety, including the nature and characteristics of electrical hazards, electrical safety standards and regulations, and the importance of safe work practices. You will also learn about the different types of electrical equipment commonly used in the telecommunications industry and how to properly inspect and maintain them.
With this online course, you will be provided with practical information to illustrate the importance of electrical safety in the telecommunications industry.
